When is Cookie Club?
Cookie Club occurs the 3rd full week of each month, though we may have to make tweaks here and there to accommodate holidays. We will send out reminder emails the week they are coming. We also share related posts on our social media accounts. We also share a full year calendar to new members when they join.
When will I get my order during Cookie Club week?
Shipped orders are sent out by the middle of Cookie Club week and are always sent priority mail with USPS. You will receive a tracking number via email. Local deliveries typically go out that Friday and Saturday. Finally, local pick-up is always held at the bakery site, 1707 Westover Hills Boulevard, during retail hours.
I want delivery, but only see “shipping address” listed as an option on the sign up form. Where do I input this information?
When it asks for a “shipping address” that would be your “delivery address” in the Greater Richmond Area if you opt for/qualify for local delivery options.
Can I sign up for Cookie Club the same week that orders are set to go out?
Orders must be received by Tuesday of Cookie Club week, in order to qualify for that month’s flavor; otherwise, your first treat box will be available the next month.
I am traveling or unable to collect my cookies this month. What should I do?
We are happy to donate your order to a member of the community who needs an extra sweet treat. We also can hold it (and freeze it) for up to a week after Cookie Club wraps, but we must be notified at least a week prior to Cookie Club Week to accommodate.
I would like to change the way I get my cookies each month (e.g., pick up to mail). How do I do this?
Changes in how you get your order each month often affects the overall subscription cost. If you are opting in for an additional service, this has to be done by canceling your current subscription and re-enrolling with the new service added.
Even for changes that do not have an extra cost like switching from free delivery to free local pick-up, we would like for you to still un-enroll and re-enroll, as this impacts our inventory system and how many of each “services” we can staff/fill.
